How OSMyan collects, uses, stores, and protects information for merchants, teams, and shop operations.

Effective date: May 2, 2026

This page is a practical baseline for OSMyan and is not legal advice. Please have it reviewed by qualified counsel before relying on it for production or regulated use.

1. Who we are

OSMyan is an online shop order management system built to help merchants manage orders, inventory, invoices, customer records, logistics workflows, reports, and related business operations.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you visit our website, join our waitlist, contact us, or use the OSMyan service.

2. Information we collect

We may collect account and contact information such as your name, shop name, phone number, email address, shop page link, login details, and communications with us.

When you use OSMyan, we may process shop operation data such as orders, products, SKUs, stock levels, invoices, customer names, customer contact details, delivery addresses, payment status, logistics providers, activity logs, reports, and team member records.

We may also collect technical information such as device type, browser type, IP address, pages viewed, timestamps, error logs, analytics events, and security-related records needed to operate and protect the service.

3. How we use information

We use information to provide, maintain, secure, and improve OSMyan; create and manage merchant workspaces; process orders and inventory workflows; generate invoices and reports; provide customer support; and communicate about onboarding, product updates, and service notices.

We may use operational and technical data to prevent abuse, debug errors, improve reliability, measure feature usage, and understand how merchants use the service.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use merchant customer data for unrelated advertising.

4. Merchant responsibilities

Merchants are responsible for having the right to upload, store, and process their own customer, order, product, invoice, and logistics data in OSMyan.

Merchants should only enter information that is necessary for their business operations and should avoid storing sensitive information that is not required for order management.

5. Service providers

We may use trusted service providers for hosting, database storage, authentication, analytics, email delivery, file storage, backups, support, and operational tooling. These providers may process information only as needed to help us operate OSMyan.

Examples of service categories include cloud hosting, Supabase services, database infrastructure, email providers, analytics tools, and internal administration tools.

6. Data retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain backups, and enforce agreements.

If a workspace is closed or deleted, we may retain limited records where required for security, accounting, backup, legal, or operational reasons.

7. Security

We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect information, including access controls, authentication, tenant separation, encrypted transport, and operational monitoring.

No online service can guarantee absolute security. Merchants should protect their own account credentials, limit staff access to appropriate roles, and notify us if they suspect unauthorized access.

8. Your choices and requests

You may contact us to request access, correction, export, or deletion of information associated with your account or waitlist submission, subject to identity verification and any legal or operational retention requirements.

If you are a customer of a merchant using OSMyan, please contact that merchant directly first because they control the order and customer records in their workspace.

9. International processing

OSMyan may process and store information using infrastructure and service providers located outside your country. By using the service, you understand that information may be transferred and processed where our providers operate.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as OSMyan changes. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users through the website, app, or other contact methods.
